It is often that we have fears, uncertainties and doubts in our lives. These not only hinder our self development, but also result in loss of productivity and optimum results. However, the one who created us, and who knows us better than our own mothers, has given us numerous ‘signs’ and a tremendous amount of hope… one example is below….
- “So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me.” (2:152)
“2. And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.’ ” (14:7)
3. “And your Lord says, “Call upon Me; I will respond to you.” (40:60)
4. “…. and God would not punish them while they seek forgiveness” (8:33)
These are amazing ‘special offers’ for humanity. It is seen that often we ‘slip’ and end up breaking our end of these promises, however, our Creator, God Almighty still blesses us with sustenance and comfort.
Lets all make a promise, that as part of our self development, we shall try out best to keep our end of these promises, so we can get blessings of God in this temporary world, as well as the eternal here after.
